Return and Refund Policy of The Farty Co.

1. Return Policy

Eligibility Window:

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and similar products cannot be returned. Sale items are also non-returnable.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@thefarty.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund if the item meets our return conditions.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to [X number of days] for the refund to be credited to your account.

Partial Refunds:

  • In cases where an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at hello@thefarty.com and send your item to the designated return address.
